Madeline obtained her J.D. at UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) after graduating with honors from the Clark Honors College at the University of Oregon. During law school, Madeline clerked with the Honorable A. James Robertson II in the San Francisco Superior Court. Upon graduation, Madeline joined Lewis Brisbois’ Los Angeles office where she focused on real estate, land use, and environmental litigation. She later joined Downey Brand’s office in San Francisco before eventually moving back to Portland, Oregon. Madeline is barred in California and Oregon and has worked with a variety of public and private clients, focusing on both transactional and litigation matters across the west coast. In addition to practicing law, Madeline is a certified Pilates and Lagree instructor.
